Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan?

Our Botanique Bistro & Bar offers a menu full of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan specialties. As an integral part of our Botanique concept, you will find a very popular gluten-free corner at breakfast, as well as a special menus for guests who have a vegetarian or vegan diet.

It goes without saying that you will always find clearly described allergens on all our menus. We think about our guests with special diets and we know how important it is for them.

Here at the Botanique Hotel Prague, we follow the principles of preparing ingredients and cooking dishes for celiacs. We have separate work and cooking surfaces for the preparation and finishing of individual meals with a focus on non-contamination of these dishes with gluten. We use Jizerka flour, Peas, corn pasta and always cook in the first water.
