Our Botanique Bistro & Bar also offers a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan specialties, as well as a gluten free breakfast corner.
You will always find clearly described allergens on all our menus. We think of our guests with special diets and we know how important it is for them.
We follow the principles of preparing ingredients and cooking meals for coeliacs. We have separate work and cooking areas for the preparation and finishing of individual meals with a focus on not contaminating these meals with gluten. We use Jizerka flour, Hraška, corn pasta and we always cook in the first water.
