NEW EXTRA CLEANING AND HYGIENE MEASURES

The safety of our customers and staff always has been, is, and will be our highest priority. Given the current situation, we decided to implement the following safety protocols and preemptive actions in order to keep everyone safe.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All hotel premises are regularly cleaned, disinfected, and ventilated.
  • The regularity and frequency of all of the abovementioned hygiene procedures were increased to keep our guests safe.
  • We use licensed virus-killing cleaning products to ensure maximal protection.
  • Our staff has been briefed in detail to ensure full compliance with hygiene guidelines and preemptive measures.
  • Thanks to the cooperation with the professional community, we identified the most frequent "human-touch" places and surfaces in our Hotel and we are treating those with increased care.
  • All of our public areas (where 100% elimination of physical contact is not possible) are equipped with hand sanitizer and single-use gloves.
  • Face masks are available at the front desk for our guests.
  • We removed all of the paper leaflets and uploaded the info to the bacteria-free digital space.
  • Air condition and lights are programmed to operate automatically, so you do not have to touch the controls.
  • We would like to ask all of our guests to exercise proper social distancing.
  • Cashless payments are preferred to minimize physical contact, keeping safe both our guests and our staff.
  • If necessary, our colleagues are instructed to ensure compliance with the guidelines, to maintain public safety and health. 

 

OUR TEAM

  • All of our employees underwent thorough medical check-ups necessary for working in the accommodation facility.
  • In addition to that, our restaurant and kitchen employees are certified for Gastronomy Work and Food
  • Services, ensuring the high standard of our food and the safety of our guests.
  • Every employee is measured for high body temperature upon arrival at the workplace. An employee with a slightly higher body temperature is not allowed to enter the premises.
  • Following the governmental and company guidelines is our top priority, so our staff members are instructed and required to wear face masks and single-use gloves during their shift. 
     

HOTEL RESTAURANT AND LOBBY BAR

  • Dine-in services and meals for our guests are divided from carry-out services provided for non-guests customers.
  • Social distancing is exercised between each table, ensuring at least 1-meter space between guests.
  • Our chairs and sofas are regularly cleaned with disinfecting equipment.
  • Our tables are thoroughly disinfected between each customer.
  • Our cleaning equipment was re-programmed to longer, more throughout cleaning and washing cycles. We also reduced the number of chairs and tables, achieving the goal of more care provided to a smaller number of items.
     

GUEST ROOMS

  • In phase one of hotel re-opening, only our newly remodeled rooms are available for guests accommodation.
  • Due to planned gradual reopening, each room will be vacant for at least 24 hours between each guest.
  • During that time, rooms are going to be thoroughly disinfected and prepared for another customer.
  • All rooms are regularly cleaned, disinfected, and ventilated.
  • Our housekeeping staff is equipped with cleaning products developed to counter contemporary health risks.
  • All of our employees are trained to strictly follow all preemptive measures.
  • Thanks to the cooperation with the professional community, we identified the most frequent "human-touch" spots and surfaces in our hotel and we treat them with increased care.
  • Face masks are available at the front desk for our guests.
  • We removed all of the paper leaflets and uploaded the info to the bacteria-free digital space.
  • Air condition and lights are programmed to operate automatically, so you do not have to touch the controls unless you want to. 
  • If it is uncomfortable for our guests to have housekeeping staff members entering their room for regular every-day cleaning, they have the option to decline this standard cleaning service.
  • The disinfectant gel is available on each floor, right opposite the main elevator.
     

CONFERENCES

  • There will be at least 1-meter distance between each seat in the conference room, following clients order. Seats are properly cleaned by both wet and dry cleaning methods after the end of the event.
  • Tables are disinfected after every event.
  • Small and sharable items that are usually part of the event inventory were removed and are available upon request. (e.g. microphone set).
  • Electronic equipment and visual aides (flipcharts, markers) are disinfected with extreme care after each event. 
     

FITNESS

  • The number of people using hotel fitness center at the same time was set to maximum of 3 guests.
  • There has to be at least 1-meter distance between guests during individual exercise.
  • The fitness room is regularly disinfected and cleaned.
  • The periodicity and frequency of these actions have been increased accordingly.
  • We use licensed virus and bacterial killing cleaning products developed for such purposes to ensure maximal protection.
  • There are disinfectant wipes placed in the fitness room for cleaning of fitness equipment as an addition to our cleaning processes.
