We regret to inform you that the Botanique Hotel Prague is temporarily closed to ensure everyone’s health and safety. We continue to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are following guidelines from the World Health Organization and local health authorities. We hope to be back soon!
BOTANIQUE HOTEL PRAGUE IS NOW CLOSED UNTIL 24.4.2020
As this situation is beyond our control and governed by the local government, we will update you as soon as we can about potential changes.
CHANGE THE DATE, DON`T CANCEL YOUR TRIP, PLEASE SAVE TOURISM
All existing bookings with arrival until current closure date can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours prior to arrival. This also applies to those rates described as non-cancellable or prepaid (“Advanced Purchase”).
As you can imagine, a business like ours is now with no income to pay our wonderful team members and for non-refundable reservations, we kindly ask you not to cancel, but rather change the date to help us get over this period of crisis.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party agencies are advised to contact their booking provider for any cancellation request, as the applicable cancellation terms may vary and the request must come to us from such agency.
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE FOR THE FUTURE
Book with confidence for the future with our most flexible rate with FREE CANCELLATION up to 12:00 pm the day before arrival right here on our website!
IN THE MEANTIME WE ARE RENOVATING

This is a time of great uncertainly that none of us did handle before in our lifetime. We are looking forward to welcome you back soon!
